Return & Refund Policy – Swarnika Makhana

1. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.
• Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

2. Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• The standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
• If a pick-up service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product back to us.
• Return/Exchange charges (if any) may apply depending on the situation.

3. Conditions for Return

• The items should be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
• The product must have the original packaging and invoice.
• Items without the original packaging may not be accepted.
• Perishable food items, opened packages, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period will not be accepted.
• Approved exchange or replacement  items will be delivered with in 7 -10 days of successful verification of request

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after verification of the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed.
• It may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Approved refund will be processed and credited to original sources within 7 days
